Delivery Information
We generally use Australia Post to deliver all our items within Australia, however some of our partner products may be shipped separately using a different postal or courier service. Express Post service may be available on some items.
After adding items to your cart you can calculate how much shipping will cost. Please ensure you enter both your suburb and postcode so that all available options will show.
Tracking number will be emailed once your order is completed with a link to track your order.
International Customers: Sorry we do not currently ship our products overseas.
Unforeseen Circumstances: Aromatherapy For Australia will not be held liable for delays or failures in delivery due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to postal delays, natural disasters, public holidays, or unforeseen production issues.
Returns & Refunds
Damaged Items
We take great care when creating and packaging your items for postage. If for some reason your custom creation arrives damaged pleaseย fill out the form on the Returns & Refunds page and include photographic evidenceย within 48 hours so the best solution to your problem can be sorted.
Received the wrong item
Whilst we take care when packing orders, sometimes mistakes can happen. Please fill out the form on the Returns & Refunds page and we will work out the best solution. In most cases a replacement will be offered. You will be required to post unopened items back to us free of charge.
Faulty items & breakages
If your custom order item arrives faulty or becomes damaged within 7 days of delivery, please submit a photo and details through the Returns & Refunds page. We will assess your request to determine the best solution.
Change of mind
Change of mind returns will incur a restocking fee of 10%. The shipping portion of this order is non-refundable. Customer will be required to pay the postage cost to return these items to the address we supply after approving the return.
We cannot accept change of mind returns for products under the following circumstances:
- The end customer received the product more than 14 days ago.
- The product has been removed from the original packaging.
- The product has labels or seals that have been removed.
- The product has been visibly used in any way or is dirty/damaged
- The product is an essential oil, health product or beauty product.
Partner Products
All products which state they are ship directly from our partner facility are shipped directly from the Australian supplier or manufacturer. We do not stock these products at our premises at Shoalhaven Heads, NSW.
Change of mind returns
Change of mind returns will incur a restocking fee of 10%. The shipping portion of this order is non-refundable.
We cannot accept change of mind returns for products under the following circumstances:
- The product has been removed from the original packaging.
- The product has labels or seals that have been removed.
- The product has been visibly used in any way or is dirty/damaged
- The product is a health product or contains food or medication.
- The end customer received the product more than 14 days ago.
Damaged or incorrect goods
Any goods that are sent incorrectly or arrived damaged will be replaced at the suppliers expense.
We will honour its warranty obligations as defined under Australian consumer law. Please contact us regarding any warranty claims and we will organise pickup and replacement of the product, in accordance with the warranty conditions of the productโs manufacturer.
We cannot accept warranty returns for pet toys or pet beds that have been damaged by an animal, unless a manufacturing fault can be identified with the product. We will forward such claims to the product manufacturer for investigation prior to accepting a return or replacement.
Returning a product
You must contact Aromatherapy For Australia prior to initiating a change of mind return. Please fill out the form on our Returns & Refunds page and we will tell you the address to ship your return item.
Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returning goods, except in circumstances where the manufacturer has agreed to cover return postage costs due to a mistake at our end.
We accept no responsibility for loss or damage caused during return transit.
Product refunds will be issued to the payment method used to make the original purchase.
Cancelling an order
Please contact us immediately if an order needs to be cancelled, as orders will not be refunded once they have been dispatched from the warehouse. Credit card processing fees will not be refunded on cancelled orders.

Direct Deposit: Not currently available. We are only accepting instant payments at this time due to some payments not clearing within a timely manner, or customers not making payments after ordering. This may change in future.

This service is designed to give you access to a professional aromatherapy consultation and receive personalised advice wherever you are. All online consultations are currently provided via email.
Once you have purchased an โAromatherapy Consultationโ you will need to fill out a client history questionnaire form. For a complete aromatherapy assessment I will need to understand your medical history. You will be able to fill out the secure online form after making purchase.
Please use your current email address when registering an account on this website so that I can respond to you. After receiving all the information that I require from you, please then allow a few days for me to compile your detailed consultation information. All information shared with Aromatherapy For Australia is treated as confidential.
This detailed consultation will include :
- An explanation of how aromatherapy can be of benefit for you.
- Includes 1 personalised bespoke blend which can be used to help treat your condition. Postage included.
- Other suggested products and/or blends that may benefit you.
- Suggested essential oils to help treat your condition.

There is no obligation to purchase other products from me after my consultation has been sent to you.

Most essential oils should be diluted with carrier oil when applying topically to skin. Some essential oils may cause sensitivities in some individuals more than others. If sensitivities occur please discontinue use immediately. Essential oils are highly concentrated and only a small amount is required. If too much essential oil has been applied to the skin and irritation occurs, please use a carrier or vegetable oil rather than water to dilute the area and remove the oil with a tissue. Do not ingest essential oils without the advice of a fully qualified Medicinal Aromatherapist. It is against the codes of professional practice for aromatherapists to prescribe the ingestion of essential oils. If ingested please consult a health specialist. This website will not be responsible for any harm or damages caused by incorrect usage of any essential oils purchased through us.
